Ideal City Walk - Naples

Overall it was big size on higher floors. We got EXCELLENT services, good value. Moreover, we could park the car nearby. Also, location was great and stunning, feet from Piazza Garibaldi. It was located in a good area right by metro and airport pick-up/drop-off shuttle and many restaurants and bars and the rail station and the metro station.

The hotel was fairly clean with great and incredible location right in the centre of Naples and new-fashioned rooms. The rooms with balcony as well as ragged duvets. Fast check-in and smooth check-out, parking nearby.

Comfortable room with AC and amazing air conditioning, as example. A good restaurant and a wine bar available:)))

Everything in Naples seems to run out of Piazza Garibaldi and the Central Station near the hotel. A run-down area mostly, but the south side of the square that Hotel Ideal is on is fine: quite safe, very close to station and has lots of choices of decent outdoor cafes\restaurants. For people planning to travel around the Naples area - Pompei, Herculaneum, etc. - it's truly an ideal hub for getting everywhere. Room was amazingly quiet at night for being on a main square. Decor was pleasant, bathrooms a cut above most European budget hotels. Would definitely recommend it.

It got hot and muggy while I was in Naples. The hotel thoughtfully included ac in the room but no blankets, just a sheet, so I had a choice of being chilly with the ac or too hot with an open window. I imagine customers could request a blanket, but one wasn't in the room. For normal summer sleeping in the 60s or 70s at night, an open window and the sheet would be enough.

The location of the hotel is ideal if you are going to travel. Cleanliness and cleanliness in the room.

The room had a little balcony with a view towards the station, enhancing the spacious feel. AC was a lifesaver during the summer heat, contributing to a pleasant stay.

La signora who was at the reception when we arrived gave as a lot of useful tips about the public transportation, the places to visit and the city. Thank you! The hotel is very good situated for visiting Pompei, Capri and the old city. It is a pity that the city is so dirty!

The breakfast could be more varied.

We had the double room provided with huge balcony and conditioner plus AC.

The location is fantastic, just a short walk from the train station. The beds were pretty comfy, and everything worked fine in the room. It's also near some lovely restaurants.

the only downside was the presence of a few mosquitos, quite annoying at night, but luckily, we didn't get bitten.

The interior was cozy and inviting, with warm tones. The lobby's charm and easy access to the train station were a plus for someone like me, looking for convenience.

Better bathroom accessibility for seniors would be nice.

Nice friendly staffs. Room was clean and a very good size. A couple of very nice authentic Italian restos next the to the hotel.
